This project showcases a fully developed façade and elevation design, modeled in Revit and rendered in Lumion to achieve a realistic and visually engaging presentation. The design reflects a refined blend of classic architectural elements with Indian styling, creating a timeless yet culturally rooted appearance. From proportions and symmetry to material finishes and detailing, every aspect has been carefully considered to ensure both elegance and practicality. The use of advanced rendering enhances depth, lighting, and textures, allowing the design to be experienced as it would appear in reality.
Special attention has been given to balancing traditional design features with modern visualization techniques. Elements such as decorative moldings, window styles, and façade textures are integrated thoughtfully to maintain harmony across the elevation. The rendering process brings out fine details, helping clients and stakeholders clearly understand the final look before execution. This project demonstrates how combining BIM modeling with high-quality rendering tools can effectively communicate design intent while delivering a strong visual impact.
