This project presents detailed rendered views of the stilt level, including both deep perspective and closed-angle visuals to capture the complete spatial experience. The design focuses on creating a refined and functional semi-open area that enhances both aesthetics and usability. Italian marble flooring has been used to deliver a premium and polished look, while WPC paneling on the front wall and a prominent arch element add texture and architectural character. The combination of materials creates a balanced and visually appealing environment that feels both modern and inviting.
Special attention has been given to thoughtful space utilization and detailing. The area beneath the staircase has been creatively designed for greenery, introducing a natural element that softens the structure and enhances the overall ambiance. A sleek single-pipe railing combined with glass panels ensures safety while maintaining clear, unobstructed views. The rendered visuals highlight lighting, materials, and depth effectively, allowing a realistic understanding of how the space will function and appear once completed.
